Growing up in a family with 12 siblings was comforting, for us because we were always taught to share as a family. My mother who is a woman who really cares about the welfare of her children and there education has been a good role model.
As a family that come from a humble beginning we were taught early on to provide services for those who was less fortunate than others. Nevertheless we are a family that pray together and stay together.
I was raised to respect all people because i was told by my mother that it build
character and purpose in your life. Growing up in a family of 12 has given my sibling and i the opportunity to provide services for family's that are in need.
Through Gods grace and mercy as a family God has allowed me and my sibling to attend a catholic upbringing that would later serve us all in one way or another, we all say that charity began at home well let me tell you it does. The foundation that is built within your home is priceless. We were also taught to promote community because you are your community. And most of all we were taught to raise our children.
High school to Undergrad to Graduate
In the family portfolio education was a must and let me tell you this i am glad i have completed my educational journey. However, i am still hoping to complete my PHD in foreign policy. The journey of my education started early in my life i was always eager to learn about different thing that affect the welfare of human beings. When i was in the six grade i wanted to be a foreign ambassador for the United States. My mission in life is to help shape the policy under the united nation resolution.
I first attendant Morgan-state University studying Telecommunication in the early 80s without completion. It was at that time that i felt incomplete, because i knew the love that i have for education but somehow i was not focused on what is important.
I than attendant a 2 community college called BCCC in Baltimore my major ther was Business Administration and in that class is when i first developed the idea of forming the corporation that would provide human services for families who are in need of resources.
In 2001 is when i realized that i needed to make the corporation more of a reality to those families who are in need of food, cloths, shelter, housing, and jobs. The goal is to provide resources to the under-served families who are in a crisis.
In June 2005 i received a Bachelor Degree in criminal justice In June 2007 i received a Master Degree in public administration. The goal is to demonstrate the purpose for services, and the objective is to target the under-served families that are left out of the equation all together.
The influences in my life:
God
The woman who shaped my life to be what it is today is my mother Rita Regina Church she is a beautiful individual who heart is bigger than life.
She served in the Baltimore City Council and provided a services to her community. She has integrity and substance to her character, she aimed for purpose and not perfection, because she said," If you find a path in life please appreciate the purpose you serve."
She is always involved in helping whole families. My mother often stated to her children that what you put in life is what you will get out of life.
Family and Friends

Family and friends have supported the foundation from the very beginning because we as a family believe in supporting the families who are in crisis. RRAS are looking for volunteer who can donate time, and who understand the need to help the families who are in need.
We have volunteer who donate time right now because we understand that monetary is not always money it can be time given to help families who are in need. RRAS would like to thank friends and family who have supported the idea of given to other who are not as fortunate. But can become fortunate if donation are given from the heart and not from the pocket. I would like to give a special thanks to all who have supported helping families in need.
